Our Story

From a Small Workshop
to a Trusted Export Partner

JunHua Lighting started in 2009 as a three-bench workshop in Foshan's Shunde district. Today we run a 12,000 m² facility with our own die-casting, spray-coating, glass shaping and SMT electronics lines — but the way we work hasn't changed: honest pricing, real lead times, and samples that match the bulk.

We focus on two things buyers ask for most: beautiful decorative lighting for modern homes, and reliable smart lighting that passes certification the first time.

Milestones

How We Got Here

2009 — Founded in Foshan

Three benches, two employees, one idea: make export-quality decorative lighting at a fair price.

2014 — First 1,000 m² Factory

Expanded into metal processing and finishing; shipped our first full container to Europe.

2018 — Smart Lighting Line

Built our in-house SMT workshop. Wi-Fi, Zigbee and Bluetooth modules integrated from day one.

2022 — BSCI & Full Certification Suite

Passed BSCI social audit; CE, UL, ETL and RoHS coverage across the core product range.

2026 — Today

300+ active export models, 40+ countries, and long-term partners on four continents.

Production & QC

Every Step Under One Roof

Vertical integration means we control quality at every stage — and your lead time isn't hostage to a sub-supplier.

Manufacturing

Die-casting, spinning, spray coating, glass shaping, assembly and packing — six lines, one facility.

SMT Electronics

Our own SMT line produces drivers and smart modules, aged-tested before installation.

Quality Control

IQC, in-process checks and AQL 1.0 outgoing inspection. 4–24 h aging test on every LED unit.

Export & Logistics

FOB Shenzhen, CIF or door-to-door. Drop-tested packaging; customs documents done right.

Compliance

Certified for Your Market

Test reports from SGS, TÜV and Intertek available. We handle certification for new OEM designs too.
